Terms and Conditions
1. Fake or Misleading Documents: If my visa is refused due to fake or
misleading documents, I understand that tuition fees will not be
refunded by the college/university, and I will be subject to the
immigration laws of the proposed country. GECSC provides correct
information and submits documents in good faith, but it is not
responsible for rejections due to misrepresentation.
2. Deportation & Immigration Issues: If I fail to satisfy immigration
authorities at the proposed country’s airport and face deportation, I
acknowledge that GECSC is not responsible. Additionally, if I leave
the country during my studies (e.g., for a family visit) without the
required permission from my University, I understand. This act is
considered as an illegal act according to Criminal Act Clause 205.32
of international immigration laws. Immigration authorities may
disallow me from entering or leaving any country, thus resulting in
court prosecution. Re-entry may not be permitted by immigration
authorities, and GECSC will not be held responsible in such cases.
3. Payment of Fees: If I receive my visa but do not pay GECSC's
consultancy fees or the remaining tuition fees to my applied
institution, I authorize GECSC to inform the college and immigration
authorities, which may result in the cancellation of my visa or legal
action. I understand that this act is considered illegal under
international immigration laws and may result in court prosecution.
4. Offer Letter and Payment Obligations: Upon receiving the Offer
Letter/Invoice, I agree to pay or transfer the advance tuition fee to
the university as stated in the offer letter. The only condition under
which the deposit may be refunded is in case of visa rejection.
5. Service Fee and Application Processing: If I do not pay the GECSC
service fee, I understand that my application will not be processed
further until full payment is made.
